What the source measured
USGS reported: HVO Kilauea YELLOW/ADVISORY - The Halemaʻumaʻu eruption of Kīlauea is paused. Glow was visible from both eruptive vents overnight. Summit inflation continues, and forecast models suggest that episode 48 will occur sometime between Monday, May 25 and Tuesday, May 26.
USGS moved the alert level from WATCH to ADVISORY.
